Kitchen Gut Remodel in Grandview Heights

The old kitchen had 1980s soffits, a wall separating it from the dining room, and cabinets that were delaminating from humidity. We removed the load-bearing wall with a proper beam, rerouted plumbing for an island sink, and installed flat-panel KraftMaid cabinets in a matte white with Silestone quartz counters. The wall removal added sightlines the homeowners had never had. Drop cloths stayed down the entire six weeks.

Primary Bathroom Remodel in El Cid

A 1940s bathroom in El Cid still had its original cast iron tub and hex tile that had been patched too many times to count. We gutted it to the studs, fixed framing that had shifted over 80 years, and built a curbless shower with a Schluter waterproofing system rated for the humidity West Palm Beach throws at a house. The vanity is Wellborn, the fixtures are Kohler, and the floor heat runs on a timer so it’s warm before anyone steps in.

Whole-Home Refresh in Flamingo Park

This Flamingo Park home had been remodeled in pieces over three decades, and none of the pieces matched. We re-trimmed every door and window, painted the entire interior, replaced all fixtures with a single Moen line, and rebuilt two bathrooms that were functionally original. Behind one vanity we found knob-and-tube wiring still live. That got replaced, inspected, and closed up the same week. The house finally reads as one home instead of three renovations.

Terrazzo Kitchen Refresh in Southland Park

The homeowners wanted the kitchen updated but refused to lose the original terrazzo floors. We built over them with protection layers for eight weeks, then had them ground and polished when the heavy work was done. New Wellborn shaker cabinets and a Cambria waterfall island sit on top of floors that now look better than they did in 1962. Nothing got cracked, scratched, or sacrificed to the dumpster.

Guest Bath Conversion in Pinewood Park

This guest bathroom was the last room in the house that hadn’t been touched since purchase. The fiberglass tub surround had separated from the wall, and the vanity was swelling at the base from years of splashing. We replaced everything down to the studs, added a proper vent fan that actually moves moisture out, and installed Grohe fixtures over a Caesarstone vanity. The wall tile runs floor to ceiling, so there is no seam for water to find. The clean-up photo shows the room broom-swept, with drop cloths still down until the final walkthrough.

Kitchen Repair After Water Damage in Northwood Hills

A slow leak under the sink had been soaking the cabinet base and subfloor for months before anyone noticed. We pulled the damaged cabinet run, dried the floor cavity, replaced the subfloor section, and rebuilt the lowers with KraftMaid boxes that match the uppers close enough that nobody can tell which side is new. The finished floor is LVP rated for kitchen moisture, chosen specifically because this household has two large dogs and a teenager who forgets shoes exist.
